1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing this site, submitting a shirt idea, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Products & Orders
Every item is a print-on-demand product produced by our fulfillment partner, Printify, after you place an order. Product photos and mockups are representative — small variations in color or placement can occur between the mockup and the finished item.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice for future orders.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are printed and shipped by Printify after payment is confirmed. Production and shipping times vary by product and destination and are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because each item is made to order, we generally only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Contact Mem3shirtz@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
6. Custom Shirt Idea Submissions
When you submit an idea, reference link, or image through our request form, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights. You grant MEM3SHIRTZ a license to use your submission solely to design and produce a possible shirt based on it. We may decline any submission for any reason, including content that is offensive, illegal, or infringing.
7. Intellectual Property
The MEM3SHIRTZ name, logo, site content, and original designs belong to MEM3SHIRTZ and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEM3SHIRTZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your order. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of this site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
