Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a custom shirt idea through our request form, we collect your name, email address, the description of your idea, and, if provided, a reference link or image. When you place an order, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details directly on its own checkout page — we never see or store your full payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your shirt idea request, to process and fulfill your order, and to communicate with you about either. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout page — see Stripe's privacy policy for how it handles your payment data. Order fulfillment is handled by Printify, which receives the shipping details needed to print and ship your order. Our Instagram link takes you to a third-party platform governed by its own privacy policy. If you accept the cookie banner, we also use Meta's advertising tools — the Meta Pixel in your browser, and a matching purchase confirmation sent directly from our server when your order completes — to measure ad performance and understand which pages and products lead to a purchase. Both only run if you accept; declining skips both, not just the one in your browser. The purchase confirmation includes your email and phone number in a one-way, irreversibly hashed form plus the order amount — we never send your name, address, or payment details to Meta. See Meta's privacy policy for how it handles this data.

4. Cookies

This site sets one first-party cookie to remember your cookie-consent choice. If you accept the cookie banner, we also load the Meta Pixel, which sets its own cookies and shares page-view and purchase activity with Meta so we can measure and improve our ad campaigns — your choice is also what determines whether we send the matching, non-cookie-based purchase confirmation described above when an order completes. If you decline, none of that loads or sends — only the consent-choice cookie is set, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your cookies. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout domain during payment — those are outside our control and governed by Stripe's own policies.

5. Data Retention

We keep the information you submit only for as long as needed to respond to your request or fulfill your order, plus any period required to meet our legal or tax obligations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information under applicable US privacy law, including the right some states give you to opt out of having your information shared for advertising purposes. For this site, that means declining the cookie banner — doing so stops both the Meta Pixel and the matching server-side purchase confirmation described above. To make any other request, contact us at Mem3shirtz@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
