1. Information We Collect
When you submit a custom shirt idea through our request form, we collect your name, email address, the description of your idea, and, if provided, a reference link or image. When you place an order, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details directly on its own checkout page — we never see or store your full payment information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your shirt idea request, to process and fulfill your order, and to communicate with you about either. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout page — see Stripe's privacy policy for how it handles your payment data. Order fulfillment is handled by Printify, which receives the shipping details needed to print and ship your order. Our Instagram link takes you to a third-party platform governed by its own privacy policy.
4. Cookies
This site sets one first-party cookie to remember your cookie-consent choice. We do not currently run any analytics or advertising tracking scripts; if that changes in the future, those scripts will only load after you accept the cookie banner. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout domain during payment — those are outside our control and governed by Stripe's own policies.
5. Data Retention
We keep the information you submit only for as long as needed to respond to your request or fulfill your order, plus any period required to meet our legal or tax obligations.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information under applicable US privacy law. To make a request, contact us at Mem3shirtz@gmail.com.
7. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
